Appointments

To make sure each pet receives the attention they deserve, we operate by scheduled appointments. When we do have an emergency, it receives the full attention it requires and an occasional appointment delay may occur. We understand your time is valuable and work hard to see each client on time.

Drop-off Appointments: Making Your Life Easier

If your pet needs to be seen but your schedule is full, ask about a drop-off appointment. Rest assured, your pet will be treated like royalty while its here.

Likewise, if our schedule is full and your pet needs to be seen, we may suggest you drop your pet off. The doctor will work with your pet throughout the day. In either case, we will keep you informed and the doctor will call to discuss results and treatment options if any are needed.

Patient Arrival

For the safety of our staff, other patients, and all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

All appointments are expected to be kept in a timely manner. If you are running late and will not arrive for your scheduled appointment time, please call us so we can prepare accordingly. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled to a different time or date.

Payment Policy

We require payment in full at the time of service. If your pet requires surgery or hospitalization, we require a deposit of 50% of the high end of the estimate at drop off, and the balance is due in full at pickup. We are unable to accept payment plans, post dated checks, or held checks.

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

Care Credit

Care Credit is a credit card that can be used at Veterinary Clinics, as well as many human medical offices and specialists. Care Credit offers interest free payment plans for purchases over $200. Applications generally receive an immediate answer, and can be filled out in office (requires 2 forms of ID), or through their website.
